Hi guys,

I read up on what has been done to stretch the Logo 10, but just wanted to confirm so I will get that "warm and fuzzy" feeling.

My understanding is that the L10 standard boom is 560mm and 20mm diameter. The L10 stretched kit is 620mm, but with an aluminum boom. Can I use a Logo 14 CF upgrade boom -- 650mm on the L10 "Carbon Frame" setup? If the L14 boom is a direct fit for the L10 Carbon without any major modifications, I was thinking about cutting the length down from 650mm to 620mm and buying the same size belt and brace used in the 620mm stock stretch kit. Or just leaving the length as is.

What would y'all suggest?

I use the L14 carbon boom with mine, and it works great. I'm using 550 RT blades. Here's a chart I did a while ago with all the boom/belt combos:

Thanks Gary. I actually re-read the thread topic "Stretched Logo 10 Setup Suggestions", where you wrote about the L14 carbon boom and your setup. I will do the same but use the K&S Tail Rod Guide Set. I use that guide set now and like it.

By the way, if you know if anyone parting out an L10 Carbon, I am looking for everything but the electronics. Had a major crash where a lipo caught fire and destroyed most of the frame. So need frame set, support plate, and misc bits & pieces.
