Liquid looking substance inside Flight power batt

i have noticed that there is some sort of oily liquid underneath the heatshrink covering on Evo 20 2170 running the whole length of the batt on one side. i'm not sure if it was there the whole time or not since i just noticed it. that pack is not damaged in any way or puffed. only has about 25 cycles on it. anyone else ever seen this?

It looks like brown grease inside of it. i did call flightpower and the guy there said that a cell is leaking. too bad since i bought it privately and there is no warranty. otherwise they would exchange it right over the shelf. oh well, i think i'm gonna try some air thunder ones next.
