How do you center the cyclic and rudder servos on the DX7.

The first step is to take off the servo horn and rotate them 90 degrees at a time till you find the one thats closest to what you need.
Then use sub trim to get it perfect. Most of the time one of them will line up.

Turn on the Tx. Make sure all sticks/trims are centered, then fire up the Rx/electronics. Let it all initialize (might have to bind 1st) then shut it all down. Now do the arm shuffle game like BH mentions and find an arm that'll get you as close to "level" as you can, then dial that out with subtrim. I've found that I can get everything leveled up with subtrims of 15 and below by taking the time to find the right arm for a particular servo.
