Karen returns emails very quickly. Just email her and have her call you, or reserve one for you.

I've dealt with Nathan and with Karen. Typically Nathan is pretty busy and most of my questions are about stock levels so I talk with Karen most of the time. Even if I have to leave a message, she calls back quickly.
