Just wondering how easy this heli is to change from FB to FBL and vice versa?

Requires a few parts but not a ton. I converted my flybarred one a while back as I was tired of playing with paddles, ratios, flybar lengths and finally realizing that if I stayed in expert and didn't go to F3C for the few contest there are, it really doesn't matter as you can fly flybarless in them. The conversion requires a headblock, new pitch plates for the blade grips (different geometry) and the anti-rotation items, which is a phasing collar, mixer arms and moled anti-rotation links, and a head button. Took me like 15~20 minutes, but I had the television on in the workshop and and "adult beverage" opened,.. so it could be done quicker <G>

@gwright: Did you search necessary parts on your own? I was told only a complete head-replacement is offered...

I just ordered the parts myself. I had a flybarless and a flybarred model so it was simple to determine what was needed. Here are the links from towerhobbies website.
