I have a Stratus that I converted from an old Fury Extreme. My closed tail case devoloped some slop, and I decided to upgrade to a newer open style. My question is this. If I use the tail control rod guide that is on the horizontal fin clamp, the rod hits the tail case. Without the rear guide, it's still pretty close. Is this right? I can't see any other way to do it.

Hi

On my two new startusses there is only ONE clamp for the pushrod.
The Clamp is plaled 17,5" from the front of the tailboom.

I did get the longer rod. My only problem was it was only working using only 1 clamp. Now, I see that's how they do it, thanks.
