Click on that one and type in the last name. It will pull up several cases involving the person over the last few years. LOL Guess working with law officials is not beneficial in certain circumstances.

according to a thread on another forum this happened about the same time that he was cited for DUI.

Also look at the public records and see that the same day as the DUI citation there is an improper lane usage violation.

coincidence? I don't know but it looks odd to me.

and then notice how it is gone after the wreck. You have to wonder if WGEM got wind of the DUI citation and pulled their contract. very strange.

got t-boned at 45 MPH estimated at time of impact, on the DRIVERS side, and walked away after kicking the door open, without a scratch...

Some of those records indicate you were going EXTREMELY fast. 31+ over the limit? I think that's pure disregard to safety of other motorists. This is just Adams and Pike County. Lord knows where else you've been convicted. And Public Indecency? jeez man... what were you doing?

According to the Adams county records, you WERE charged with DUI. Are you guilty? no one knows yet, but the courts will decide.

One other thing unless you want to buy a picture I have posted you better pull it. I sell pics don't give them away. They are owned by AirFoil Aviation, Inc.

I took the time to defend my life. I actually work for most of these agency’s and fly for them weekly. Most would just ignore anyone that would stoop to this level but I’m very proud of the AirFoil name so I take it personally. Since 1988 I have not had a traffic ticket that I got convicted of or have I lost in a law suit where I owe a company money.

You have no idea the level we operate at or the clearances we have acquired. I’m proud of AirFoil and of myself for what we given or done for the city and or area.

I have had some guys from the forms call WGEM and they just thought they were crazy but at this point it is definetly affecting my business in a big way and has in no question with statements made brought my character into question.

I don't operate this way. It's why I have an attorney.
