Hi, I own one 14MZ tx and last night I tried to run the 14MZ calibration utility found in the FX40 update file. I noticed that the utility did not run at all so I stopped trying to make it work. I thought that utility would work in my 14MZ. Anyways the problem is that since that attempt my radio*s lever buttons (LS, LST, LD, RD, RST, ST) stopped working and under the product information screen the product ID changed to 00000000. What should I do? All the other functions of the radio appear to be working ok.

Thanks for your help
Regards
Nick

Actually I was wrong. None of the sticks are working ok. only the touch screen, the cd switch and the trims are working.

Sounds like stick calibration got zeroed-out ... you can try to run the leaked 14MZ calibration tool but you'll need to be running the previous version of the firmware (1669 build) on the radio. If you do this, and assuming it fixes things, you can then upgrade to the latest release again. If not, you'll need to send the radio to Futaba for repair.
