After removing the FlightPower EVO20 10S1P from my Raptor this weekend I was horrified to see "puffed" cell. I now know what a puffed cell really is. I e-mailed FlightPower and had a response in exactly 10 minutes. And this was at 10 PM. Steve asked for photos of the battery which I gladly sent. The e-mail I received today requested an address so they could ship me a new battery. This is great customer service.
