I'm trying to install the hyper hub instead of the stock one and have a few questions:\
1. Is the motor washer still used with the new hub?
2. Is the original motor nut used after the hub is secured with the two clamping screws? It seems as if the clutch bell won't slide over it with the nut half way on.
Forgive me if these seem like silly questions as this is my first nitro heli.
Most of all, thanks for the help a long the way.

Yes washer is used.
Yes nut is used.
Fit washer to crankshaft.
Fit hyper hub to crankshaft.
Tighten crankshaft nut slightly. (Apply locking agent)
Tighten hyper hub clamping screws. (Apply locking agent)
Tighten crankshaft nut securely.
Not sure what you mean regarding the clutch bell :?

Think I got it, just want to be sure.
Does a washer need to go under the nut? One before hub, one after hub, then nut?
Does it look from my pictures that everything is the way it needs to be.
Aside from the fact that the motor nut needs to be secured down :)

One before hub, one after hub, then nut
Yes you got it.
You said this was your first nitro heli so let me suggest you check the hub runout with a dial indicator. Nitro engines produce more vibrations compared to electric so to get the best from your heli you need to make sure the hub and clutch are installed straight. Getting the torque tube built correctly is the other area you need to work a little extra otherwise you might have more vibrations than will drive you nuts.
If you just tighten the base screws and the nut until tight this does not guarantee the hub will be straight. You should also dial check and adjust the runout of the clutch shaft at the base and near the top as well. The hyperhub is excellent but sometimes my hub and clutch are not that straight because I might have tightened one screw more than the other. You will need to set the clutch base straight and it's very hard to do it by eye.
As a basic check, after you have the hub and clutch installed if you look down from the top end of the clutch shaft turn the motor slowly and see the shaft moves. If so then you need to spend more time getting the hub/clutch right.

Sweet I really appreciate it. The dialing it in is no problem as I'm right next door to a machine shop at work. However the torque tube I am very worried about. After I installed the torque tube into the boom I realized it needed to go in just a little more in order for it to run smooth. It would not budge. I had to tap it with a hammer just to get it to seat where I needed it.
Once the torque tube is stuck inside the boom I'm pretty much sure it's game over. If it vibes real bad are people just buying a new boom/tube and trying again? Mines in the tube for good, I think. :(

Read the section on dialing the hub, clutch shaft base, and top of the clutch shaft.
Well tapping could have damaged the bearings either on the TT supports or the input shaft of the tail box. You should have greased the O rings and boom before installing the TT into the boom. I would spray WD40 into each end and try to work the TT out if you think you have the need. What I mean is if the TT is not properly built you can get some vibrations in the air, which you'll see as fuel movement in the tank.
I have a new method to build the TT and mounting it onto the tail box. I'd suggest we talk over the phone, as I need to ask questions to see if the TT is ok or not.

No you can rework the bearing supports, TT ends, and how the TT fits onto the tail box.
