Do you guys who use the DX7 radio use the servos that came with it? Are they fast?

I would, but they're too big for the 450 the SS Rx is in and my 600 already has servos. :)

Would they fit in the 600 Ok, along with the DX7 Rx?

I've heard of people using the included DS821s for general sport flying, but if you're gonna toss it around a bit, some servos with a bit more "umph" would be a good idea.
A lot of folks are using the Hitec 6975 or 6965 or the Futaba digitals with good result. I'm running the 6975s in mine.

Thanks fellas. Geez, It's too bad they bundle the servos with the radio then.

Naw, I've heard they fetch a decent price on Ebay.
I'm gonna stuff mine in the trainer plank I'm building for my son.

That's cool. I did some digging and I found you can buy the radio alone, or with any receiver, with or without servos, at: http://www.espritmodel.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWCATS&Category=659
