Vibration in OS 50 Hyper

I have a pretty bad vibration that isn't in the head or main shaft or tail. So, that leaves the engine. Could something inside (crank for instance) be bent causing this vibration. Would the engine still run properly if this were the case. I am a neub when it comes to nitro. Been flying electrics for quite a while. If I need to overhaul, where do you suggest I buy the parts? Well don't rule out the rest of the heli. The clutch/starter shaft can bend. A gear could be warped or something way out of balance. Did you crash? When do you notice the vibration?

I did crash - which led me to replacing the obvious broken parts first, then others which could have been out of shape, but not necessarily noticed by the nake eye. I guess I could try replacing the clutch and starter shaft. Is there an easy way to check them first? Thanks for the support.
