we'll I spent my last bit on money on getting a 6ch rx because I was told it would work fine on a trex600n... but I have only 6ch's and accourding to the manual the gyro is on ch7 and ch5 is left open... I can get the 401 to red up and work, but I have a horrible waggle.. I am thinking I need to setup the gyro sensitvity.. but I am new to JR and I can only activate the gyro on ch5 witch is set to gear... did I just waste my last bit of cash or is there a way to change ch5 to act as ch7 so I can set up the gyro.. I tried to use the 401's delay, but that has no efect... the birds is no able to fly due to the hunting.... maybe somebody with JR experiance can help, or I will just have to up up my trex600n for another month.. this really sucks.. it been a month since I could fly or should I say hover.. I was getting better, even could hold a nose-in for a bit, but it seems to me that i'll be down for another month.. money is tight right now, and I have used all my extra cash and more to just look at it.. but my problems arent your.. just hoping one of ya'll pros out there have a way to do what I need to do till I can get the Rx I need.. thanks.. It will work just fine. You can adjust the endpoints for the gear switch in high and low position. This will adjust the gain of the gyro. For my gyro, 0%-100% is for heading hold gain and -100%-0% is for gain in rate mode.

This will allow you to activate the gyro modes and have a fixed gain adjustment. It will not allow you to have different gyro gain settings in multiple flight modes. (Or at least I have not figured out how to do it.)
