Which Servo: Futaba S3010 or Hitec HS-325HB

Hi,

I have a hurricane 550 pro on order (have a trex 450se atm)

I'm only intermediate atm - still tail-in only

Was wondering which servo would be the best... I have the hitec ones already but can get the futaba ones cheap... should I save and get the futaba ones or stick with the hitec ones

Futaba S3010 or Hitec HS-325HB

If the hitec ones are ok, I can save and put my money towards a better gyro..

any thoughts appreciated..

From the specs I'd say the Hitecs are fine for flying your Hurricane.
The stage where you'r at you'd probably be better off with a good gyro and tail servo (just as important!) because you need all your focus to fly the heli and shouldn't have to care about the tail holding correct.

Yep - that's what I was leaning towards.. Thank you for your response, it helped me make my mind up...

My Hurricane should arrive tomorrow :)
