Could you run 620's on a stretched L14? Some did mention you could do 600's on a standard setup. Is this doable?

Ok,
So it looks as if 580 on stock boom of 650mm is OK, so 4cm longer to 690 stretched boom should be Ok to run 620's whic is also 4cm longer.
Yes/no?
Marginal, as your tail blades will also be larger, probably 95mm to go with the 620mm mains.

Mmhhh. Damn. Do you have to run 95mm on the tail when stretched? And why does some people reduce the tail speed but still runs bigger tail blades? Would the normal tail blades @ the stock tail speed not be sufficient for the stretched 14?
I've tried the stock blades (and carbon 85mm) with 600mm mains and the 92mm I'm currently using provide a much better tail hold.
If you've got your heart set on 620mm blades the new 600 3d will be a better platform as it uses full size servos, and will take 620mm blades out of the box.

Hey Daniel,
So you say 620's with 95's on the tail works with 690 tail boom? If that's the case, then thans Dude. And by the way, what 620 would you use (I only see SAB making 620's).
Cheers.

Daniel I have a L14 with 24-4 and also have a set of V620's here , Do you think that the 9650's will hold fine with the load of 620's and 11 or 12s?
tks.
