Battery lead question

I have a Flight Power 2S 1200 pack for one of my flying wings. I have multiple other packs for my helis. The flight power charge lead has 2 black wires and one red, all of the others have 2 red wires and 1 black. Will this be ok in the chargers that I use or is there something I'm missing?

I'm not really up on batteries yet. Thanks for any help you can give.

Just amke sure that the red wire on the end is on the same end of both connectors.

The color of the intermediate wires doesn't matter. The red end wire is the positive end and the back end wire is the negative end.
