So, I have my razor built, although I haven't flown it yet...Why, you ask... The whole right side of the heli is a complete wire mess!!! Usually the receiver/gyro(611 in this case), receiver battery etc are covered by the canopy, but not with the razor design and suggested mount locations. I just can't stand to have so many wires bunched up on the right side of the heli making it ungodly to look at with the mess.
Please please post some pictures how to clean up this unforgiving mess! As most of you are aware as well, off all the cyclic servos you need servo extension wires and this makes more of a mess! Not the mention the 611 thick cord, I am also running on 6v, so regulators etc... Please help me with my mess! Pictures would be appreciated. I like CLEAN set-ups. I will try to get a picture of my mess, but kind of embarssed to post it atm :)

This is before I installed the Logictech 6100 gryo, still had a 401. Pretty clean install, but I agree I like the electronics under the canopy but with the electrics most of this stuff is installed on the back of the frame to eliminate interference. Hope this helps. it's a great heli.

In addition to the GY-611, I have an Eagletree Micro eLogger with the RPM and temp sensors, plus the LCD panel; a low battery alarm; a BEC (no receiver battery) and the satellite receiver for the the Spektrum AR7000 receiver. This makes for many wires to deal with.
I'm at work right now but, I will try to post some photos later.

deffinetly ALOT cleaner then mine... Still trying to figure out how you routed all those wires, will have to get a magnifying glass out later... I just wish they would of made some routing options for the wires so they can be alittle more hidden.. good start though.

I cleaned mine up by using the black wire mesh. Not only does it protect,
it sort of makes the wires disappear into the frames. This was very time consuming. I also shortened all the wires that were too long for a cleaner look.

Here is what we did. You are right. There are a lot of wires to deal with. But they can be packaged up.

This is what I managed to do with all my wires.

Honestabe = A++ (nice and extremely clean)
jrohland = A(very clean as well for as much stuff as you have)
lawrenmd = B(clean as well)
lawrenmd = C, kinda looks like mine, although still cleaner then mine:)
Thanks for the pictures and responses. Honestabe I am going to try to copy yours, although I am sure it won't turn out near as nice.. Time to hit the electronics store for the wire wrap, etc...
thanks again all.
