Hi there out,
I'm new in nitro and have to replace the clutch liner. What type of glue should i use to fix the liner into the clutch?
Thanks

Hi,

I use 5 minutes epoxy to glue the liner in the clutchbell.

Best regards.

I think slow cure epoxy is better - some of the 5 min stuff softens with heat

Use JB weld for the cluth liner, not the quick stuff.

I used 20 minute epoxy. 10 gallons of fuel through it and still holding.

I always used 20 min epoxy myself and never had a problem.
In a pinch one day after a hot start I used medium CA out at the field as that was all anyone had. That worked too but I wouldnt trust it long term.
