how do u unlock an account?

my boyfriend (nitro burner) has had his account on here for 4 years...he went to log in a couple of days ago and he was locked out bc someone made too many attempts to get on under his name. he doesnt remember the answer to the security question because like i said, hes had this account for 4 years...how can he unlock it and not have to make a new account? any ideas? :dontknow :?:

I have the same problem contacted the admin but didn't get a response from them can you help me also? I'm av8er48 but can't remember password or hint. So i had to make up this one.

ull have to contact debiandog..he unlocked my boyfriends....i have no idea on how to do it....just contact him and they'll send u a confirmation email after the account is unlocked...
