How to get T. Hold (9303) to Turn Off GV1 Governor

I am trying to program my ne 600n with a 9303. However, I cannot seem to get the Throttle Hold to turn the governor off when I activate throttle hold. Any ideas?

you need to turn on StSw and make sure the throttle hold is correctly set-up (ie. fairly low).

Yea.. I was missing the activation of GOV in the OUT section of Device SEL.... then I could set the % in the flight modes of the Governor menu....
