Hi,

wanted just to inform you all having the CNC grip sets that the screws holding the lever can be too short, check it (as instructed by Bob in the build video) !! When I was holding the heli today on my way to the field one of the levers became lose ... was kind of lucky. The screws was only sticking out 1-2 mm from the lever, crazy. I used some extra screws I had for the frame and cut them to proper lenght.

I am sure they simply used wrong screws to my grip set ... same screws are used in other parts of head.

Yep,

We knew. Piranha made a report already. I checked mine, and like in Bob's Vid. I can't even unscrew them without damaging the screw and tools. So i guess the are fine there.
I had something new......I have the CNC bladegrips, but the rest is still plastic, also the main rotor hub upper plastic part. There are 2 screws in it to hold the plastic part...checked my head today...there was some play. And then i noticed that the two screws were loose...de-greased everything and loctite it in again

Yep, I have had this happen twice on my metal head hub. After the second time I used RED locktite and it hasnt happened since.

Yep!
If you will change screws for longer ones BE SHURE not to deform bearings inside the grip!!!

Yea, was afraid of this, quite hard to know proper lenght, hope I got it right ... would have been better to have them right from start :( ... quite tired of all those issues. But in other hand my hurricane has never been as good as right now, so I tend to forget all issues I have had.
