Get your head speed down to 1600-1700, use a smaller pinion, use some big ass batteries, put your timing on your motor on low, Use good CF blades, Don't fly it hard.

My son increased his flight time from 4 minutes to 8+ minutes ( using the same
TP2070 lipo) by changing the speed controller to a Castlecreations Phoenix 35, changing the motor to an Align 430L(3550kv) and using a 12 tooth pinion gear. He has very good headspeed and solid flights out to 8+ minutes each time.

What blades is he using? If he using the stock Tini-Titan main blades they are amp hogs! Use Align Pro Woodies 325mm and he should get another 2 - 4 minutes.
