Three flights on a new EVO 2500 and the battery puffed. Still seems to fly ok but does this reduce the battery life. Any suggestions?

DId you fly it too low? Was it getting hot after flights?
If it is puffed I would get it replaced. Call FlightPower at: 919-741-6310 and talk to Steve.

I always check my battery voltage after a flight lowest voltage was 10.5V. It did get rather warm about 110F. Only the top cell puffed. Thanks for the info I'll give Steve a call.

Sounds like it was just a bad cell. What is your setup?

Flying in normal mode all stock parts. Figure 8's, stall turn, and not so fast forward.

WoW! Sure is great to do business with a company that stands by their product. I spoke to a representive from FP less than an hour ago and just got an email saying a new battery is headed my way.

Hi,
Could anybody tell me if this also applies for peeps from europe that buy FP packs overseas? or even in europe?
Really i'm charmed by the support from FP. Read nothing else then good CS. I want to switch to a lipo pack in my hurricane....if the service is the same here, i'm for sure going to buy some FP packs.
Thanks
Maurice
