Just changed all the balls to align ones. But i forgot i have the TT metal mixing levers which are threaded for the smaller screw.
I can get a 2mm tap but i have no idea what size drill bit i need. The hole may even be bigger than required size for the tap already.
Any advice would be great do not want to mess up the levers.

I am not completely sure but I would think 1/16 of an inch. I say this because thats the size I used to drill out the TT plastic holes before using the Align screws. It made the hole just the right size to fit the Align stuff good and tight.
Go look into the t-Rex450 forums..... I bet someone could tell you spot on what size you need in metric.

Usually when you purchase a tap the packaging will list the ideal drill bit size for that particular tap. If you havent purchased one yet you can but a set like this one: http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=DUB370
Or this link: http://sosnick.uchicago.edu/tap_drill_size.html
gives a chart showing the correct sizes for every tap both SAE & metric
