In Italy there is 30°c ( 91°F ), and if I use canopy on my logo 500 3d, I 've problem with jazz 80-6-18. After 3 min. it stop work well. ( low rpm )
Without canopy there isn't problem. Is there solution ?

Using a heat sink on shrink wrap is not optimal at all. The best way is to mount the heat sink directly to the power transistors. However, it can't hurt the way you have it.

I'm running the Jazz 80 and flying in 98°F ambient temps and haven't had any issues with over heating. No heat sink either.
