Only one month away. You just cant beat a $5 landing fee at an event like this! Here is a link to the web site. http://www.rcwingers.com
See ya there.

Yep, it's getting closer. I think the MA magazine shows the daily landing fee something like $15 but that's WRONG, it's really just $5 as shown on the web site: http://www.rcwingers.com/events.htm .
Here's a google map link that might help find the field....>>> here (http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?hl=en&ie=UTF8&msa=0&msid=102367947610634822227.000001134e53bf8192013&t=h&om=1&ll=35.526289,-80.7517&spn=0.024414,0.039525&z=15)

Not sure about any full scale heli's this year. Seems we do have a few more people camping this year. Hope to see everyone there so I can learn a thing or twelve.

Heck it's been too hot and dry for the grass to actually grow enough to need mowing. It will all be taken care of by the time you set up the camper. I hope to make it out one afternoon this week to get in a few flights. See you then!

There are already 3 campers set up and plenty of room left for more. Bob and Becky from B&B hobbies are here and have already been 1st class by making hot dogs and baked beans for the few of us that are already here. Looking forward to a great weekend.

I sure am having bad luck getting back to your great Mooresville funfly. This year I am in Las Cruces, NM on family business. Maybe next year.

Come on over, folks are rollling in. some more campers showed up today; someone's coming down the driveway to the field right now. The weather's been great today.
We just had some field cooked tacos, spaghetti and some homemade pecan crusted carmel covered cheesecake. we're really roughing it out here.
