Fury (expert 60) vibrations.......help please!

I have a vertical stab vibration at hover (both the top and bottom of it). The horizontal could also be vibrating along with the main frame....may hear a buzzing sound when the vert stab vibrates. If I incease the headspeed it seems to go away.

I replaced the flybar, spindle, mainshaft, tail hub (out 55 thou). Checked the main blades with another set. Still have a vibration.

Any experts out there that might have an idea? Could the metal head block be bent??? I am thinking of swapping my other Fury head to see what happens. Also the tail shaft was dial indicated and showed only .0005 (5 ten thousanths) out. I didn't replace it.

I am using an OS 70SZ, CY MP3, CY blades (checked balance), Min plastic blades (may be warped). Al CNC fan.

Miniature says to run the tail blades loose so they just hold up on horizontal, and mains somewhat tighter.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Have you had a look at the shaft that drives the tail? How about the bearings on the main shaft and the tail input shaft?
Have you checked to see if you have an uneven shim size on each side of the head?
