Just upgraded my transmitter to a 9CH and I'm having trouble getting it working right. I have a Trex 450 SE and I'm using the 146iP PCM receiver and a 401 gyro.
I programmed in pitch and throttle curves for the normal and idle-up modes, but when I flip the switch, nothing changes.
Yes, I checked that the switch (E) is correctly assigned to the idle ups and everything else seems to be ok. I just can't switch to idle-ups. It's only working in Normal mode.
Is there any sort of "trick" setting that I missed in the manual to get the 3-way toggle switch for idle-up working? Any suggestions? Thanks

Go into the ADVANCED menu and go into the throttle curves and enable the modes. By default they say INH and you need to go on the INH and roll the dial and turn them on.

Thanks Bob,
I'm still getting used to this new transmitter and the extra programming. I got that fixed thanks to you but now I have to work on some mixing issue. I'm getting a forward tilt on the swash plate when I increase the pitch and there's no power going to the motor.
I'll try reprogramming the ESC and I need to figure out what's causing the forward tilt when I increase pitch. I'll work on it some more. Thanks for the help.

If you're curious, the forward tilt mixed with the throttle was because I accidentally plugged my aileron servo to ch 6 (pitch) and my pitch servo into ch 1 (aileron).
...And I wasn't getting any throttle because I needed to reverse my throttle channel. My low stick was putting it into programming mode!
Thanks again for the help Bob! I'll go through and check everything again before trying to take the air again. ...But it looks like I'm back in business now.
