So I was out in the field flying hard and fast. Zoom comes my Mini-Titan by me and off into the wild blue! Having a blast then it happened. It was coming at me to the right and started going down. I was thinking what direction is it falling? To me or away from me? Then SPLAT!!!! Landed right on it side...

Not bad though on the parts.

Main shaft
Feathering shaft (maybe)
Main drive gear
Flybar
Battery tray
Main blades

About $37 bucks. I think I got off light considering what could have happened. Got parts ordered and on the way from www.Rchover.com

Well you faired much better than I did. I plowed mine into the dirt last friday. FFF pulled strait up into a stay and was comming strait back down tail first and was going to pull up into inverted-backwards flight....
Dumb thumbed positive pitch instead of negative.... OUCH full speed strait down hit directly on the head.
I would list crash damage but I want to avoid Carpel Tunnel....So I'll say $135 was the damage and here is a pic.

That looks rough man...... $135 Ouch! Did you buy a new kit and just use it for parts or did you buy everything separate?

Separate.... $45&tax was for the radix mains. ouch
The biggest pain was that the whole head was just totally grenaded... everything from the swash up was toast except the mixing arms and washout.

Maintinance on this heli is very easy though. Main shaft and gears are very easy in & out.

Now that you said that though I will definatly keep that in mind for next time. LHS has kit for $129. I could have the rest of the heli for another $45.

Me and my buddy discussed that one time..... I think I may and probly willl do that. It's a cheap kit! I would have everything on hand at all times! Just keep replenishing the kit after each crash.... Something to think about.

I'm having so much fun with this little heli I'm thinking about selling my E620 because it doesn't get flown anymore!

The new metal stuff is showing up, might be a good time to upgrade. Its hard to take out metal parts on these small helis. My crashes on my 450 are usually a spindle, main shaft, flybar and blades.

You know it really ticks me off when i dumb thumb one of these helis, Man i was just sitting in the ole lawn chair doing alittle nose in hovering, settled in for a landing and had my struts on the ground and the heli started leaning u guessed WRONG input. new feathering spin but the worst thing is i hate getting everything back in trim I HATE DUMB THUMBING.

Everyone hates Dumb thumbing i guess :) .
You feel really stupid when it happens, but its my best teacher actually.
Most of the times a same future situation will be avoided or even better.. corrected how it should.
First thing i did was going over and over it in the SIM.
I like working on the MT a lot, trying to optimize the mechanics.
Hate it when it all get's blown away by dumbthumbs, Cost me 90$ sofar ;) .

I had a "semi-crash" with my MT the other day. I suddenly lost control over the tail. The heli went in one direction, heading for some trees. I got it down in time, but the landing was hard and I broke the landing gear, actually a Gorilla gear! and the canopy windshield ( those Airthunder batteries are a tight fit). When I inspected the heli afterwards I found that one of the arms on the tail pitch control slider was broken. I suggest you get the metal one, that's what I did.

Well I'm back in the air!!! I went to the Align 220mm flybar and like it! It seems to hover a little more stable and a bit more responsive when you give it heavy cyclic throws.
