I have read that " yes you use the washer on the 90SE" but my OS91 came with a washer on the shaft. Do I use it, the one that came with the kit, or both

use the one that came with the engine only. ive never had a problem using just that washer. regards chris

If you are talking about the black shaft washer that OS supplies, that's the one I use. It goes between the fan and the engine. I don't have a washer between the fan and the clutch.

Yes, as stated, use just the washer supplied with you engine. I do use a locking washer inside the collet under the nut that screws on the crankshaft, but it's not necessary.
so you have to use the washer that goes between the cooling fan and the engine bearing?
