I just recieved my hb fp the other day and have a few questions that I hope that you can answer.
The dx6 tx Can it be used with this heli?
I have the g90 hh gyro can I use it?
Also when spooling up ,at about 1/4 throttle it has a shake to it.I balanced the blades, tracked the blade, nothing seams to be bent.Any ideas
I have a battery from a eflite cp which has a little more volts than the stock one.Is it ok to use?
Thanks fellas

1. Yes, but it requires that you hack the 4 in 1. a search on this at www.rcgroups.com will yield an abundance of info. The radio that came with the FP is junk, do the hack, you'll be surprised at the difference.
2. gyro, yes, needs a hack too, but don't expect the tail to hold like a Trex. It wiggles, but comes right back. It wiggles with dual tail motors and a 3C lipo too, it just does it with more authority.
3. the blades need to be set properly in their holders, if one blade is advanced more than another, it will shake. Try advancing both blades so that the trailing edge of the blade tip is in line with both blade root pivots and the opposite tip. If not in perfect line, they will shake.
Unless it's severe, its not really a problem. You have to reset them every time you tip over.
4. The FP 4 in 1 will handle 3s lipo, but head speed will be high and tail motor life will be short. A 2C 800ma Lipo is the way to go. The 4 in 1 for the FP also has only 1 1A linear regulator for the BEC vs 2 1A for the CP2 which does run on 3C lipo. You may overheat the BEC in the 4 in 1 on 3C. These little helis are weight sensitive. A bigger gas tank does not usually yield longer flight times because of the extra weight.
Do the fuse mod too!!!
Hope this helps
