idle up

I have a JR XP6102.. When I hit idle up...(Ihaven't flown in it yet) the helicopter has 10 degrees postive at the top and 10 degrees negative on the bottom 0 in the middle. But when I use it on reflex...and hit idle up...everything is postive pitch?. Am I doing something wrong?

I have a phoenix will not fly invert same thing -10 +10 pitch when i hit idealup it is all positive bull sh---------- done everthing have JR652----futaba 7ch----9ch nothing good luck

Have you tried calibrating your radio under the menu Radio, and calibrate center. Sounds like Reflex is not caliprated to your radio.
