Just curious why there are videos of the 130 flying already and the rest of us are waiting till mid july? Does not seem right. Who decides who gets an early release and if so how do we get ahold of them?

I would assume the videos you are watching are product development people who work for HH.
Or maybe team pilots, if they have team pilots.

Just the vids posted on youtube. But still crap none the less. I want mine now. Already sold the msr and mcpx awaiting this one. My side yard airspace is feeling lonely! lOL:face

Should have kept the mCPx! That gets you in the right ball park for keeping your edge! :thumbup:

Still have my phoenix sim and a 550. But the smaller birds were ideal for yard. Got bored with tail blowout of the mcpx and didnt want to dump any money into it with the 130 coming out. But yes folks i am ready for something.

What makes you think the 130 won't require some " dumping money into it"? All the videos are sponsored pilots with pre- production heli's. I've yet to see a pre-release video of any product that doesn't make it look like it's perfect. Maybe this will be the first but don't count on it.
Heli rule one Always have a back up heli to fly.

Really? You've not heard of factory reps? Stuff gets tested by *somebody* in the real world before they ship it. If they weren't testing it, someone would be on here complaining that they didn't test anything. People will apparently complain about anything...

Complain all we want. I still want one. Great size heli for getting in a few before dinner flights without leaving the house. Rcmike u r right im feeling naked after selling 3 birds in my once 4 heli fleet. Need to pick up something soon.

I feel your pain why not pick up a used Align 250. There's plenty out there. Great little standby.

Mike i had thought the same thing but was not sure i could get one fbl. Since flying fbl 550 and mcpx i really dont want anything with flybar. Wonder whaty the size comparison is between the 250 and the 130x.

Just for tossing around the yard I like the fly bar stuff but that's just me. Since everyone wants FBL now the flybar version is a attractive buy IMO. You could always upgrade it later, The 250 is bit bigger. There's another alternative to the 130, Walkera makes a 120 something or another that some seem to like. I have no experience with it it's something to look at.
