I purchased a align rcc-4cx charger which is capable to charge up to 4 cell lipos it served me well but reading all the threads and watching finless using the tp 1010 and balancers I figured that I may be either not charging correctly or not balancing my batteries equally
In the last few months I have used the tp1010 and a 205 balancer for my align, dn, and thunder power batteries all from 2000 MAh to 2150MAh.
Last week to cut down the charge times I started to use both the align and thunder power chargers and here is what I found.
The align charger takes about 10 minutes longer to charge the same battery to 100% as the TP but unlike the TP1010 the batteries on the cheap $59 align charger they are always in perfect balance as I check them on the tp 1010
The Tp1010 setup with power supply cost me close to $300 and I can never get a perfect balnce charge always there is a .002 - .007 imbalance between the cells
Yes mind you that the Cheap Align charger can only charge to 4 cell and I don't know how much is being put back into these batteries till I got the 1010 charger (although I never over discharged battery up to this point)
I would not have questioned myself or the align charger and could have purchased 4 more batteries for the money spent on the tp1010 setup
Just my 2 cents thanks for listening
