I was took my swash moving picture yesterday.
As you see, there's some wriggling.

And I don't know why....

Please looking at, and help me.

I think it's the speed at which your radio is processing CCPM mix. What kind of radio are you using?

Thanks for looking my video.

I'm using Futaba 6EXH and 146ip receiver.
Also 3 Maxwell MX56BB servos for CCPM.

And different moving speed of swash at video is because of controlling by me.
I mean my problem is some wriggling of swash plate, and I don't know the reasons.

Plz check again.

Thanks

You have three servos doing the same thing and you radio and RX has to process the movments and try to keep them the same. So it processes one servo at a time thus the "wriggling" movment. It's going from one servo to the next in a circlular pattern. JR or DX7 radios do this too but not as much as Futaba. It's normal.

I see...

Thanks LITHIUMSTATIC.

Hmm...wriggling problem is Normal... It's so strange.
Anyway, I hope it will not disturb when it flying...

Just feeling little bit bad about the Futaba.

Thanks again.

I got the same problem.
I fly with a Futaba FF8US (older PCM Tx).
There is a lot of wobble in the swash mixing.
If I move it slowly up and down it's less and OK, but with fast pitch movements the mixing looks like ****...
For the way i fly atm it's not a problem cause my movements are small and slow anyway.

The first thing on my wishlist is a new Tx.
The fastest and best mixing I can get, maybe a DX7, we'll see :)

Yeah Eric.

I think it's maybe something inevitable...
And now I'll go with my 6EXH anyway, but it needs to be changed rater.

Expecting your wishes com true and seeing soon.:glasses2:

Thanks Eric.

My 6eh works 100% , no odd behaviour....
I have the 6EX 2.4ghz version tho, not the 6EXH

Wow,

I've never been heard about the 6EX 2.4Ghz Ver.
I think it maybe truly powerful device...

I'm so wondering how it looks like ^^

But I think an odd behaviour is nothing to do with the TX's
modulaion or frequency type...

I think reasons that causing an odd behaviour is depends on the
mechanical or electronical structure of transmitter itself...
It is why people said that it vary with the radio model or their makers.

I use JR equipment and mine does NOT do that. I think you should start looking for binding in your mechanics and ball links or get some better servo's.

i checked out your youtube video.. mine moves 100% smooth

Looks precisely like yours. Its just 2.4hgz, and one model does it all, plane and heli
its jsut called 6EX 2.4ghz

btw, I did not mean it might be the modulation or frequency type that is causing it, I'm merely saying that my 6EX might be a bit newer version... might not be 100% the same programatically.

As stated before, my swash mvoes fine with 3 Hitec HS65's

Any 2.4ghz system is going to rock over FM. I would get a DX7! Man I got one of those and it kills anything on the market.

That's absolutly true, first look at the mechanics.

In my case (Futaba FF8US)
I got x3 HS65 MG's (pretty good servo afaik) and all ballinks are as smooth as a baby's bottom without slop.
all servos perfectly 90º without any sub-trim, and it's still there...
So it's definitely a slow or bad programmed mixing routine IMO.
It was developed some time ago the early 90's ??
So imo it's not strange that a DX7 with today's tech in it, a lightyear of difference in processing tech, performs better and more precise.

Maxwell servos seem to be fairly poor at centering and on resolution, a swap to a better quality servo like the Hitec HS-65MG would likely cure all your swash issues. I've set up a heli for a friend with similar issues, I even had to adjust individual servo endpoints to get the same travel on each servo otherwise the swash would tilt at top and bottome of travel.

Thanks you, Steve and everyone.

At first, Steve is right.
Maxwell MX56BB Servos have not good quality,
even 22 dollars (HKD) as same price as Hitec HS-55.
Later, I'll change my servos first for the upgrades.

But...Important thing is I eventually worry a problem out...:smokin:

I changed my CCPM servo arm's ball jointing position.
As following the manual, make them exactly 12.5mm from the center.
And all control rods are completely vertical with swash plate.

After that, swash moving up & down smoothly.

Very thank you all
