kasama head

I just built a kasama head with the help of bob's videos (thanks Finless Bob)
but now at about +11deg pitch the hoops bind at the washout with full cyclic in
any direction. I backed off the end ponts for elev. and ail. to 50% both ways.
no binding. Is this too much? or is there another fix I'm missing?
Heli is a raptor50 titan, radio is a futaba 9c

Did you ever find another solution to the binding problem with the hoops other than backing off the end points? Just put my kasama head on my raptor and have the same problem.

I too just installed a Kasama head and had the same problem, what I found to be the solution is moving the ball on the washout arm to the inside position, this took care of the binding and I did not have to mess with the atv's. hope this helps. Mark
