Default Anyone running metal grips with CF frame?

Just got my metal grips on my new CF build and love the way it flies now with high hs. The problem is I have a vbar log full of extreme vibrations. Right now I am just running one piece of the white foam tape that comes with the vbar. I have some other types of tape and different thicknesses but I wanted to see if anyone else is flying this same setup and had to deal with the same issue. I would like to put a thicker piece of tape on and strap it but that looks like its going to be a bit tricky the way the gyro tray sits.

On a real 90 extreme vibration is normal for certain 3D manuevers. Not sure about the Logo se, as long as you arent getting any strange vibration in hover nothing to worry about. I get extreme vibration on my logo 600 frequently.

Chris,

Did you run the vibe analyzer without mains or tails and see what frequency the vibes are occurring?

vibes and extreme vibes are normal.

Just do a short hover only flight and there shouldn't be any raised or extreme vibes and your good.

I was concerened with my logo 6003d log and mrmel had commented raised and extreme vibes are common on 3d stuff. I'd assume even worse with my generous cyclic managment .. lol

My logo exxtreme is mostly extreme vibes with a few raised vibes.

Martin
