FYI I flew one at my local hobby shop. It's does fly better than the PicooZ! Why I dont know but it does.

Myt heli goes in circles on ground and when I throttle it turns on its side please help or tell it done deal or how I can fix it

It will go in circles until it takes off. Power it up until it gets a foot off the ground and see which direction it spins (nose). Bring it down and press the trim button once or twice depending on the severity of spin.
Once it stabilize in air start flying them while steering with rudder. It will not go up from the ground straight unless you have rubber feet on it to prevent spinning.
