Hi All,

Flew my bird for the first time last night, ran 5 packs through her simply hovering. I have never used them before and I averaged about 5 mins before batt protect kicked in.

Now when I came to charge the lipos using my setup (see below A) It seemed as if they hardly needed charging.

I have included other pics, can you have a look? It looks as if they are the 11.1v as specified, but if I put them back in the bird, batt protect kicks in almost immediately... am I doing something wrong? I dont understand my balancer either, it just flashes 1-2-1-2-1-2 on and off and doesnt change no matter how long the lipo is connected for...

any ideas???

When fully charged they will be at 12.6 volts. 11.1 is the nominal voltage.
Just put them on charge and let the charger do it's thing, can't help with the balancer though.

Ok cool, so basically I set my charger to charge to 11.1v @ 2000mah and just leave it until it does its thing?

Thanks for your help mate

When the pack is fully charged your voltmeter should read 12.6 volts or 4.2 volts per cell.
