Mini Vbar on the 550e V2

Is there any problems using the Mini Vbar on the 550 V2? I plan to mount it on the boom block but if vibration may be a issue I can always sell it and get a Full size Vbar.

No the mini Vbar works very well. I had the mini vbar on my 550 for the longest time. I only went with the full size because of the vbar governor during that time.

...Why not mount it on the gyro plate on top of the TT tail mount, it will reduce some of the vibes from the TT gears

My only concern with the gyro mount is that it has some flex to it and I am not sure if that would cause any problems.

It is called a gyro mount. It is intended to have a gyro there. I think the little flex if any you would see would be better than the vibrations of the TT. Hope this helps. By the way you were suppose to PM me and tell me how you liked the upgraded helis.
