I need some ideas for an upcoming local fun fly.
Some for mid level pilots -
The demos will be well, demos
The last events I participated in was a Limbo and Auto and knocking over bottles or ???

At my funfly, open flying format seems to work best. I tried holding events after I have been holding the funfly for about 5 years. Pilots in attendance said they rather just have open flying. So at my event for the last several years, I have let the pilots in attendance decide what they would like to do. If they want an auto rotation contest, I tell them to get it organized and they can have it. Drag race, same thing, bottle knock same thing.
That format has worked well at my event. Also if any novices need help, I hook them up with pilots that can help them.
