Align Lipo Charger

I have an Align RCC-4CX charging my 3S Kong 2200mah Lipo batteries.
The charger mentioned as Balance Charger. Do I still need a Lipo balancer?

no balancer required I use this chargere as well as the thuunder power 1010 with balancer the difference is IMO cost
I find that the align charger balances the batts better although the charge takes longer and you don't have anyway of knowing how many Mah's you put back into the battery
You should time your flights
You can search the forums to find out what is a reasonable time to fly depending on your style so that you don't over discharge your batts
