I have a Thunder Tiger Pro-70H. I am putting it back together, and I am wondering if the o-ring should be slid up the carburetor, then put in? Or does the o ring go down at the bottom in the crankcase, and have the carb slid in? The picture does not look like it should be slid up on the carburetor.
