Hi, I'm thinking about building this helicopter: https://shop.graupner.de/webuerp/servlet/AI?ARTN=4456
Has anyone of you experience with this brand/manufacturer on (scale) helicoipters?
I want to build it with the electric SKALAR mechanic.
Would like some advice in this.

I think Vario might have something to say about that as far as scale helis are concerned.
The graupner line is very good. Their fuses are so clean that they dont NEED to be painted, you can simply add a few stickers and go fly. The windows are all pre cut for you. If you want to do the police BO105 then you will need to paint it and I have seen several models done in that color scheme and they all look good. The Uni 2000 mechanics fly well and are easy to assemble. Check for upgrades particularly in gears, clutches and swashplate. Theres nothing worse than a set of mechanics wearing out in a scale model. Buy the upgrade parts if they aren't in the kit.
