Does anyone know how to contact Align regarding a faulty balancer? I've attempted to email them and call, to no avail.

My balancer was replaced by the company I bought it from (HeliDirect). Have you tried that route yet? It may work out a bit better for you. Incidentally, since they replaced the balancer, it's been working perfectly for me.
When my Align LiPo finally started to puff, I emailed them and within a day, I got a response back from a Willy Pong whose return address came from alignrcusa.com. I don't know if they are paying special attention to LiPos or ???
