I was wondering if Graupner/JR servo's have the same connection? I was thinking about fitting a Graupner servo in the Trex, adding a Futaba Rx I have left.

It the servos have the same plug as the JR servos which I would think they would. Then it will be no problem plugging them into a Futaba RX. Just make sure the plug is plugged into the receiver with the polarity the same as Futaba.
If the Graupner/JR servo has a yellow/orange/brown lead.
Futaba will line up like this white/ red /black
