Whats the deal with the stock skids- mine are all bend and way to flexible. They aren't solid enogh so the heli is wobbling at spool down way to much. Has anyone come up with a good replacement for these? My first though was the 450 trex ones but has anyone come up with a good way to mount them?

you can use trex struts,I use gorilla gear struts from rchover http://www.rchover.com/_gorilla_gear and use the metal strut mounts for a trex450 from helihobby.heres a link to the page there http://www.helihobby.com/html/trex_450_micro_heli.html. the mounts are about 18 bucks but once these parts are installed youll never have to replace them again.Just drill 2 holes for each mount and there ya go.heres a few pics of my mx400 with them mounted.Have fun.
