Hi to everybody
I bought yesterday my new G3
It is great!!!!
But I would to know if is there a set up to do to restart fastly?
I mean: when I had my G2, everytime I crashed
I putted on space bar on my PC, and my helies already started with fast rotor headspeed (idle switch on)
On my G3, even if I have idle switch on, it takes
long time to reach the idle headspeed
Can you help me?
Thank you advanced
Best regards
Giuseppe

You are asking how to get the rotor up to flying speed quickly? At the moment it is kinda like a real helicopter. You have to wait for it to spool up. There is now way that I know of to cut down on the spool up time.

The trick is to quit crashing. Then you won't have to wait! :)

Good point Travis..... Can I ask something unrelated here? What are the known issues getting G2 to run under XP. Nothing but grief here trying to sell my G2. I need to get it installed on the purchasers computer to get any cash out of him.

I have run the G2 under XP Pro with no problems at all.

When I first got my G2 and tried to install it under XP Pro - a couple years ago - it appeared to successfully install. When I tried to open it, it acted like it would start to load, but it just wouldn't run.

I ended up having to call their tech support, and they pointed me to a patch I could download that took care of the problem.
