I had a mishap with my old Ion-X canopy so I needed to get a new one to do some paint work on it.
Got the new one, however, its super-thin material, I would say half as thick as the old one. I guess its for weight saving?
Now if they had used some other material it would be Ok (ala Mikado's flimsy canopies) where the material actually flex, but this breaks because its still stiff fibrerglass.
Actually, even being careful I already cracked it in 3 places doing just the prep-work...:arggg:
