I have got the e-902 connected to my laptop with the Bantam software (V1.10). It works great until I ask for the individual cell value. The window displays white and empty columns for each of the 12 possible cells (I charge TP 5000 6s). The PB6 balancer and the e-902 are connected (temp. port) by a 3 wires cable, not the original EAC114, but I don't think this cable should make a difference.
Any suggestion? Any driver / update I should install?

have tried to see if its reading out on the actual charger?
once the charge is started hit the left arrow key on the charger "2nd button from left" and this will bring oyu into the cell menu.
If you see the read out there, then open and close the balance window on the laptop a few times but in between each let it sit for about a minute to see if it displays.
It was finicky for me too.

Values of cells only shows when you are charging.
Also, If you charge packs in series (with 2 x PB6's) its important that primary negative pack is connected to primary PB6.

I have tried twice and the charger does not show individual cells values on its own display. I have 0.00V for each of the twelve cells displayed. So problem could come from the PB6 ?
Any suggestion?
Thx

MrMel would you suggest that charger over the HyperION?

First make sure your cable is correct between the pb6 and the charger, the extension cable that plugs into the charger should have the black wire facing the bottom of the charger then and signal facing the top of the charger.
make sure that your cable is correct on the balancer also follow the diagram, black being negative or possibly brown.
When plugging in the batteries make sure that you plug the First cell of the battery into the "Master" balancer which is the one connected to the charger.
On your battery there will be a black wire denoting cell 1 this is the one that should be plugged into the "Master" balancer
once you balancers pick up and detect all your cells, then start charging.
Once charging you will be able to hit the left button and see the voltages.
MrMel would you suggest that charger over the HyperION?
I dont have an opinion on the hyperion, but the benifits of the 902 are:
200 watt output, you can charge 4s at 10 amps.
dual output so you can charge nicad and nimh on the second port while charging lipo/a123 on the primary.
computer interface to monitor you packs and charges.
supports A123
Safety features...

Cryofix,
It works! Just a matter of... waiting a minute till the data shows up in the window as you said. Thanks a lot! :noteworthy:
